Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at intentionallyadornedofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
